Affiliate Manager

The Affiliated is seeking an Affiliate Manager preferably with CPA network experience. Managers are responsible for building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with their online affiliates/publishers and managing them on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

Responsible for the daily management of 100-200 affiliates.

Duties include:

  • Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates.
  • Negotiate payouts for affiliates on all campaigns in the network.
  • Prospecting for new affiliates through cold-calling and extensive research.
  • Optimize publisher accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote.
  • Field incoming calls and answer questions about the network to prospective affiliates.
  • Be able to maintain professionalism in all kinds of difficult situations.
  • Effectively manage your time and treat publisher base as if it’s your own business.
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in online marketing preferred.
  • Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business.

Senior Account Executive

This position is responsible for prospecting and closing deals with companies to sell their products/services or generate online leads via The Affiliated Network. The SAE works collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including internal senior management, staff and external strategic business partners. The SAE is responsible for maintaining multiple advertiser accounts with the goal of developing new campaigns and optimizing existing campaigns. The SAE enlightens of the promotional channels available through The Affiliated and negotiates with advertisers to improve rates and payment terms. SAE's may occasionally require travel to trade shows and conferences.

Job Description:

  • Develop and cultivate leads from the sales pipeline.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms, and acquire prospect commitment.
  • Construct deals within selling guidelines (product offerings, pricing, etc.) established by management.
  • Serve as a liaison between Company and targeted client prospects.
  • Communicate ongoing contact/sales activities through.
  • Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and Company's competitive advantages.
  • Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations.
  • Ability to define and identify potential sales targets.
  • Assist in the collection of past-due accounts.
  • Requires approximately 20% travel.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years sales experience required in online advertising with experience negotiating Cost Per Action (CPA).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills.
  • Background in successful online advertising principles (i.e. can identify a good offer versus a bad offer).
  • Internet experience preferred. Affiliate program management a plus.
  • Solid spreadsheet capabilities.
  • High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Power Point.
  • 1 year of online sales with experience negotiating Cost-Per-Action (CPA).
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and succinct presentation skills to prospects at all decision-making levels.
  • Self-motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.

E-Mail Operations Specialist

The Affiliated is seeking an E-Mail Operations Specialist, preferably with industry experience. The E-mail Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring e-mail campaigns are successfully distributed.

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining daily revenue streams for assigned e-mail lists.

Duties Include:

  • Preparing e-mail campaigns for distribution, which involves targeting users and cropping images.
  • Proof reading and testing e-mail campaigns before distribution.
  • Performing campaign performance analysis.

Qualifications:

A fully qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in a related field preferred.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

Network Production Manager

The Affiliated is seeking an entry-level Network Production Manager. The Network Production Manager is responsible for the creation and daily management of campaigns on our Affiliate Network. This includes interfacing with clients and our sales team on a daily basis.

Job Description:

The Network Production Manager will:

  • Create and maintain campaigns in our Affiliate Network to network standards, which includes some data entry, placing tracking code and testing.
  • Work directly with clients and our sales team to facilitate tracking and troubleshoot technical issues as necessary.
  • Access client websites to download creative materials when needed.
  • Edit and upload creative materials to network standards.

Qualifications:

A fully qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; * Solid computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks as necessary.
  • Ability to meet and maintain deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with FTP and basic HTML knowledge preferred.
  • Graphics or basic programming skills a plus.

Affiliate Development Manager

The Affiliated is seeking an Affiliate Development Manager. This position will work within a team to acquire and expand our sales accounts.

Job Description:

The Affiliate Development Manager will:

  • Increase account revenues.
  • Develop existing accounts and expand revenue.
  • Analyze data and gather needed information such as retention & growth rates.
  • Manage small projects as well as training newly hired team members.
  • Management of multiple projects.
  • Cold calling as needed.
  • Research and manage incoming affiliate applications as well as making initial contact.

Qualifications:

A fully qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related.
  • Prior sales experience and ability to multi-task .
  • Resourceful, self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and client management software a plus.

Mobile Marketing Manager

The Affiliated is seeking an experienced Mobile Marketing Manager. The Mobile Marketing Manager will further strengthen our position in the Mobile industry.

Job Description:

The Mobile Marketing Manager will:

  • Create and manage customer acquisition and retention programs (direct email, search engine optimization, online media buys, direct mail, etc.) for our mobile advertisers and properties.
  • Develop and manage consumer marketing strategies as well as the relationship between account managers and distribution.
  • Organize and execute the complete wireless application product lifecycle.
  • Maximize campaign ROI by engaging creative and optimization teams to perform analytical tracking, reporting and testing of creative material.
  • Own key business metrics and drive major performance improvements in client accounts.
  • Management of client relationship through account managers by continually developing expectations.
  • Development of our relationships with wireless carrier networks, content providers, and wireless products and services providers.

Qualifications:

A fully qualified candidate will have:

  • Three plus years experience in marketing for an online company; experience in internet marketing, specifically in direct marketing, affiliate marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to evaluate business tradeoffs in investing in features, products, and promotions.
  • History of building strong relationships with sales and engineering counterparts.
  • Self motivated individual with strong eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising market.
  • Experience with media research tools.
  • Experience with developing and communicating strategy.
  • Multi-tasking and strong managerial skills to work with multiple departments.
