Overlaid video technology is the ability to display a flash based video file over a webpage. Most of our video presentations are first displayed as a peeker ad, literally peeking up from the bottom of a webpage in a transparent format. The flash based advertisement is 'laid over' the webpage as if on a glass window.

We have found that the best responding length is the 30 second spot. This does not include the Peeker, once an end user engages the peeker; the presentation w/VIP is usually 30 seconds. Ultimately, however, we have full control.

Since our videos are usually custom built targeting a product or service that is related to you the advertiser, we have not experienced this type of theft. However, we have taken many steps to ensure that our videos cannot be stolen and utilized without your/our permission. While it is impossible to be 100% safe of this in this day and age we have taken many precautions.
